Serving delicious brats from Held's Meat Market - which just happen to be a perfect accompaniment to a HINDER! Grab a recently-released El Extremo, or one of our other superb beers. The VFW is a great organization to support, and the food can't be beat!

H.H. HINDER welcomes Max Benitz! Max is an up and coming singer-songwriter from Wisconsin Rapids, Wisonsin. He first started singing around the campfire with his friends and family, finding his love for country and folk music along the way. He has since started writing his own songs and playing guitar. Max is an insightful writer and is sure to invoke emotion with his smooth, deep vocals. His shows consist of a deliberate mix of well written originals and modern classics everyone is sure to sing along to. He finds inspiration in Zach Bryan, Eric Church, and Luke Combs. He recently released his debut album, Chasing Happiness. It can be found on all major music platforms. This is Max’s. first time performing at H.H. HINDER. Come give him a warm Waupaca welcome and enjoy his music in the Biergarten (weather permitting).

Your night kicks off the moment doors open at 6:30 PM, where you’ll be welcomed with pre-show charcuterie boards crafted by Bliss Charcuterie—because nothing pairs better with comedy than a little class before the chaos.

HOT AIR BALLOONS ARE RETURNING TO THE EIGHT10!
Get ready for an absolutely magical evening! On Saturday, June 6th, we are transforming our parking lot into a stunning showcase for local hot air balloons.

If the weather's good, you'll see these giants inflated and glowing in all their splendor, with the burners firing and the air aglow. This is your chance to meet the pilots, check out their unique aircraft, and learn what makes this hobby so special. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll bring the gear inside for a hands-on experience!

In addition to the balloons, we are thrilled to feature music by the fabulous Sara & Ian. This duo has been entertaining crowds together for over 20 years! From Fleetwood Mac to today’s pop anthems, country favorites, and dance-floor staples – they deliver the ultimate live music experience!

We’re bringing our 1949 Diamond T delivery truck to Camp Elsewhere to pour cold beers all day long. One Day in May is a brand new music, art, and wellness festival at Camp Elsewhere! Featuring morning yoga, live folk and Americana music, interactive art, canoes, camping, vendors, and food trucks. And let’s be honest... sometimes wellness involves a sunny day, live music, and a fresh HINDER in your hand.

The party starts early at the brewery with the re-release of our El Extremo Mexican Lager. Grab some food from J.T.’s Taco Truck starting at Noon and catch Matthew Paul playing live from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM before you head out to the festival.
